پ Partaw Radiology A Mohr-e Asil service

About Partaw

Light to see by. A seal to trust.

Partaw Radiology brings a specialist read within reach of clinics that could never staff a radiologist — without asking them to change a single thing about how they already work.

The name

Partaw — پرتو

Partaw is the Dari word for a ray of light, the beam that passes through the body and writes a radiograph. It is a deliberate radiology pun: the whole field begins with light cast through tissue. We named the service for the first principle of the work it does.

The company

Mohr-e Asil — مهر اصیل

Partaw is a service of Mohr-e Asil — the authentic seal. The name is the promise: a genuine signature on a genuine report, certified and verifiable. Every read Partaw delivers carries that seal.

Why we built it

Good films, taken every day, going unread.

Across Afghanistan, clinics capture X-rays and CT scans daily — but radiologists are scarce, and many studies are interpreted by clinicians without specialist training, or not formally read at all. The films exist. The expertise to read them does not reach far enough.

Partaw closes that distance. A contracted radiologist’s signed report, written in Dari and delivered over WhatsApp in minutes, using the films a clinic already owns. We sell turnaround, trust, and a human name on the report — and we do it asset-light, so a clinic needs no new hardware to take part.

Automation has a role: it clears obvious normals and pre-drafts the rest to scale one radiologist’s volume. But it is always in service of the radiologist, never a substitute for them. That line is the heart of how we work.

How we keep it safe

A service, signed by a person.

A human signs everything

Partaw is a teleradiology service, not a medical device. A licensed radiologist personally signs every report. Automation assists the radiologist; it never replaces the signature.

Trust you can verify

Every report carries the Mohr-e Asil seal and a verification code that resolves at partaw.com/verify. An append-only audit trail stands behind each read — accountability by design.

Built for where care happens

We work with the films clinics already own and deliver in Dari over WhatsApp. The technology adapts to Afghan clinics — not the other way around.
