Terms of Service
شرایط استفاده از خدمات
These terms govern access to and use of Partaw (Mohr-e Asil / مهر اصیل), a teleradiology overread service in which a licensed radiologist reviews and signs every report. Please read them carefully. By using the service you agree to them.
Last updated: 17 June 2026
01 Acceptance of these terms
By sending a study to Partaw (whether over WhatsApp or our web portal), accessing our portal, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the clinic or organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 What Partaw is — and is not
Partaw is a teleradiology overread service. A licensed radiologist reviews the images you submit and issues a signed report. Partaw is a service delivered by qualified humans; it is not a medical device, and the report is a professional radiology opinion, not a diagnosis of, or treatment plan for, a patient.
03 Eligibility
The service is intended for clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals under an agreement with Partaw. It is not intended for direct use by patients or the general public, and it is not a substitute for in-person medical care. You must be authorized by your organization and legally permitted to submit the medical images you send.
04 Important medical disclaimer
Partaw is not an emergency service. Do not use it for medical emergencies or time-critical decisions. In an emergency, follow your local emergency procedures and treat the patient based on direct clinical assessment.
The signed report is an advisory overread that supports — and does not replace — the judgment of the treating clinician, who remains responsible for the patient’s care, diagnosis, and treatment. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees, and depend on radiologist availability and image quality.
05 How the service works
- You submit a radiograph and brief clinical context over WhatsApp or the web portal.
- Automated checks assess image quality and assist triage, and may pre-draft content.
- A licensed radiologist reviews the study and signs a report.
- The signed report is delivered back to the originating conversation, with a verification code.
06 Your responsibilities
- Obtain all necessary patient consent and a lawful basis before submitting any patient image or information to us.
- Submit accurate clinical information and images of adequate diagnostic quality.
- Independently confirm the patient’s identity and reconcile the report with the patient before acting on it.
- Use clinical judgment; do not rely solely on a report, particularly in urgent situations.
- Keep delivered reports secure and share them only with authorized individuals.
- Not submit images or information you are not authorized to share.
07 Role of AI
Partaw uses AI to check image quality, assist triage, and pre-draft report content so a single radiologist can scale their volume. AI does not make the final call: a licensed radiologist signs every report before it is delivered. AI-assisted content is provided to the radiologist for review and is not a standalone medical determination.
08 Report authenticity and verification
Every delivered report carries a Mohr-e Asil verification code. Anyone can confirm that a named radiologist signed a given report by entering the code on our verification page. The verification page confirms authenticity only; it does not disclose clinical content.
09 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties except as permitted by your agreement.
- Submit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content, or data you lack the right to submit.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Misrepresent a report, alter a signed report, or misuse a verification code.
10 Intellectual property
The Partaw and Mohr-e Asil names, the seal, the software, and the service are owned by Partaw and its licensors. Subject to your agreement and these terms, the signed report delivered to your clinic may be used for the care of the patient it concerns. You retain your rights in the patient images and information you submit, and you grant us the limited rights needed to provide, safeguard, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
11 Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in your separate agreement with Partaw. Those terms govern pricing, invoicing, and payment.
12 Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be delivered within any particular time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Partaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any clinical decision made in reliance on a report. The treating clinician remains responsible for patient care.
13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Partaw harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your submission of data without proper consent or authority, or your misuse of the service or of a report.
14 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms or your agreement are breached, or where necessary to protect patients, the service, or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limits, and data-retention obligations) will survive.
15 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify clinic customers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Afghanistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from these terms or the service are subject to the competent courts of Afghanistan, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
